I make stuff, you buy it,
proceeds go to good causes
Like many female comedians my age, I’ve picked up crafting. I’m supposed to make merch and tour stuff, but that feels absolutely pointless. Comedians are probably the most useless things in the world right now.
BUT, I can craft. I craft so good. My friends are tired of receiving these things and suggested I sell them and raise money for different groups. I was like, oh wow, yeah that does make me feel not useless and I can do something with all these things I’m making.
I am just one lady though. So, I don’t make a lot of these things. There’s about 10-20 of each item, but every 2 weeks I’ll have some new stuff for a new organization.

CHIRLA is The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights. This is their SoCal chapter. They run a rapid response network in LA to help those targeted by ICE. They also help with policies and legal support.
